You may find it difficult, if not impossible, to find a manufacture to produce your fashion line in low quantities. As most apparel manufacturers require volume. Contacting factories for a quote only to learn that their unit requirements are higher than you can commit to, is frustrating. Or you may have a style that is more unique in which finding a manufacturer that will assemble garments they are not accustomed to. You may offer to pay more for them to accept your lower MOQ request or unique fashion piece. Some may accept this, which is fantastic. Some may not as their business module is catered to specific fabrics, styles etc. This is where Colour Alchemist Canada can help bridge that gap. Low MOQ Apparel Manufacturing
As we are a boutique design studio, we have the capacity to provide specialized and low MOQ production for start-ups and high-end slow fashion designers. We use a circular method to construct our pieces, rather than a production floor method.
Our Specialty
What We Can Provide is producing items factories may not consider due to multiple piecing, fabric considerations or items that are not within the factory’s scope. We work on a first in/out basis. Depending on the units required and our current queue, timeline from your cut date can take as little as 3-4 days to 2-4 weeks, considering that development is complete and ready to cut.
Garment Manufacture Pricing
We quote production on a per garment basis, units required, and most efficiently, after cutting and sewing one test unit. We never use subcontractors to execute work that has been commissioned to us, whether in development or production.
Looking for Large Production
We do refer factories to clients for production should we have better solutions for you or should you be ready for higher volume production. We are referring less companies at this time, as many factories have closed or changed scope in their capacity.
Ready Made Garments
We produce our own in-house brands within our facility, under our brand names, that is offered to brick and mortar stores.
